The Business Process Consultant will partner directly with clients to rethink how content moves from intake to delivery in the Adobe Workfront ecosystem. This role works with global brands and enterprise teams to design and implement scalable workflows across the content supply chain using Adobe Workfront.
In this role, you will assess how work gets done today, pinpoint inefficiencies, and design future-state processes that align business goals with platform capabilities. The focus is on real operating model change, ensuring Workfront is embedded in a way that meaningfully improves how teams plan, create, review, and deliver content.
Successful Business Process Consultants enter Credera with experience leading cross-functional conversations, challenging the status quo, and driving alignment across multiple stakeholders in dynamic environments.
What You Will Do
Business Process Transformation: Lead discovery, assessment, and future-state design of business processes, operating models, and ways of working across the Content Supply Chain. Identify inefficiencies, optimization opportunities, and AI use cases that improve operational effectiveness, process maturity, and business outcomes.
Content Supply Chain Strategy & Optimization: Design and optimize end-to-end content lifecycle processes spanning planning, intake, workflow management, review and approval, asset development, delivery, and measurement. Develop scalable operating models, roles and responsibilities, and process standards that improve collaboration, reduce friction, and accelerate speed to market.
Consulting & Stakeholder Leadership: Serve as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders across marketing, creative, content operations, technology, and leadership teams. Facilitate workshops, drive alignment, navigate organizational complexity, and guide transformation initiative.
Technology & AI Enablement: Partner with Solution Architects and Implementation Teams to align business processes, operational requirements, and platform capabilities across Adobe Workfront, AEM, and related technologies. Translate business needs into actionable recommendations that inform solution design, technology adoption, automation, and AI-enabled workflows.
Methodology & Thought Leadership: Develop and deliver client process maps, operating model artifacts, business requirements and recommendations documentation, and transformation deliverables. Contribute to the development of repeatable business process methodologies and best practices that strengthen the Omnicom Adobe Practice.
Who You Are
5+ years of experience in business process consulting, operating model design, process optimization, transformation consulting, or related disciplines.
Proven ability to lead discovery efforts, facilitate stakeholder workshops, and design scalable business processes across complex enterprise environments.
Demonstrated experience producing robust process documentation, including strong process mapping, workflow analysis, requirements gathering, and business documentation skills.
Experience partnering with technology implementation teams and translating business needs into structured process requirements and solution considerations.
Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence without direct authority.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a demonstrated capacity to bring structure and clarity to ambiguous situations.
Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution and working across multiple workstreams simultaneously.
Results-driven, collaborative, and intellectually curious, with a passion for helping organizations improve how work gets done.
Self-motivated, adaptable, and collaborative, with a passion for transformation, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Experience supporting marketing operations, content operations, digital experience, Content Supply Chain, or related transformation initiatives is required.
Hands-on experience with Adobe Workfront, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Experience Cloud, and AI-enabled workflows.
Preferred Certifications include:
Business Analysis Certifications (e.g., IIBA ECBA / CCBA / CBAP)
BPMN or Process Improvement Certifications
Lean Six Sigma
Adobe Workfront Certification
Travel: This position requires approximately 10-20% travel.
