Job description

Join a newly formed team at Intuit building the operational infrastructure that governs how Expert Excellence invests, prioritizes, and delivers learning solutions. As Staff, Business Process & Commercial Operations Manager you will design the systems and processes the team runs on - owning the supply chain architecture, business process design, and the financial governance that keeps the organization operating at scale. This is a builder role for someone who is equally comfortable designing how the business operates and doing the hands-on financial work required to run it. In the near term that means rolling up your sleeves - much of what you will own today lives in spreadsheets and tribal knowledge. The right candidate sees that as an opportunity, not an obstacle.

Responsibilities

  • Design and govern the Expert Excellence supply chain architecture and operating model - defining the process framework, prioritization criteria, and governance standards the delivery team runs against
  • Own business process design across the function - map current-state workflows, identify inefficiencies, and implement future-state processes with clear ownership and accountability
  • Manage financial operations - vendor contracts, PO lifecycle, CW and FTE spend tracking, and budget reconciliation
  • Work directly with Intuit Finance and Procurement as the team's primary point of contact on all financial and vendor matters
  • Translate tribal knowledge and manual processes into documented, repeatable systems that scale
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure the supply chain integrates cleanly with the broader Expert Excellence operating model

Qualifications

Required:

  • Experience designing operating models and business process frameworks for complex cross-functional organizations
  • Financial management experience - budget tracking, PO lifecycle management, vendor spend reconciliation, and P&L ownership
  • Experience designing and governing supply chain or demand management processes
  • Demonstrated ability to build financial tracking infrastructure and reporting models
  • Comfort navigating large company Finance and Procurement systems and relationships
  • Builder orientation - comfortable walking into ambiguity, finding what exists, and creating structure where none exists
  • Strong documentation and systems thinking skills - you translate how things work into repeatable processes
    Preferred:

  • Experience standing up a new operational function from scratch
  • Familiarity with Intuit financial and procurement systems
  • Experience in a learning, talent, or professional services organization
  • Strong business case development skills
  • Prior experience in a high-growth or high-ambiguity environment
