Business Process Management (BPM) is a systematic approach to improving an organization's business processes. It involves analyzing, designing, implementing, monitoring, and optimizing processes to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and adaptability. By continuously refining business processes, companies can better respond to market changes and achieve their strategic goals.

What do business process management do?
