Job description

SUMMARY:

Underlimited supervision, the Business Process Analyst supports enterprise system conversions, acquisitions, and operational initiatives by translating technical and data changes into clear business impacts, effective communications, and role-based training. This role focuses on execution, field readiness, and adoption support.

JOB DUTIES

  • Analyzes operational, process, and role impacts from system and data conversions.
  • Documents current and future state workflows.
  • Identifies adoption risks and mitigation actions.
  • Develops role-based communications and Go-Live messaging.
  • Creates training materials, job aids, and quick reference guides.
  • Delivers training for pilots, phased rollouts, and conversions.
  • Tracks training completion and readiness metrics.
  • Supports UAT, pilots, hyper care, stabilization.
  • Acts as first-line change support during Go-Live.
  • Captures field feedback and escalate risks
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Typically requires a bachelor's degree inOperations Management, Information Systems, Communications, or related field and five (5) or more years of experienceor an equivalent combination.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES

  • Strong analytical and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work with field operations and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to express value for the opinions of others and encourage collaboration.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into business language.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

LICENSES & CERTIFICATIONS: Certification in Change Management (Prosci, ACMP, or equivalent) preferred.
