The Role: We call our open role Business Process Analyst, you may call it simply, Business Analyst, EDI Coordinator, Technical Analyst, System Support Specialist, Supply Chain Analyst, or even Logistics Analyst.


Qualifications:

  • Advanced skills with MS Excel, including advanced formulas, data analysis tools like PivotTable, filtering, and using calculated fields
  • Previous experience working as a Business Process Analyst or similar role
  • Previous experience with data analysis and manipulation
  • Willingness to present and train on our system to potential customers
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage EDI integrations with customers and 3rd Parties
  • Highly organized, efficient, and proactive time management
  • Work virtually in a team environment; collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Ability to travel as needed

Main Job Duties:

  • Supporting customers in internal systems and processes
  • Create and automate reports for internal users and customers
  • Present system and new features to existing/potential customers
  • Set up all EDI connections with customers and partners
  • Document all projects and processes

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with MS Power Apps, Power Automate, and other Power Platform tools
  • Strong understanding of building data models, cleaning and transforming data, and creating effective data visualizations using tools like MS Excel
  • Project Management
  • Knowledge of EDI

The annualized base salary for this position ranges from $81,000.00 to $85,000.00 excluding fringe benefits.  If hired at OOCL Logistics, the final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience.  In addition to those factors, we also consider internal equity as part of any final offer.  Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future and continued salary growth.  All full-time employees enjoy these outstanding benefits, while in a safe, friendly, clean, business casual office environment.
