As a Business Systems Analyst Consultant - Salesforce within PNC's Retail Tech organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Birmingham, AL, Strongsville, OH or Dallas, TX.
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Systems Analyst with strong Salesforce experience to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams. This role will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, identifying process improvements, and delivering scalable Salesforce solutions that support organizational goals. The ideal candidate has a blend of business analysis expertise, Salesforce platform knowledge, and experience working in Agile environments.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements.
Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for optimization and automation.
Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and solution designs.
Partner with Salesforce Administrators, Developers, Architects, and cross-functional teams to implement Salesforce solutions.
Configure and support Salesforce functionality, including workflows, reports, dashboards, custom objects, validation rules, and automation tools.
Facilitate requirements workshops, stakeholder meetings, and solution reviews.
Conduct gap analyses and recommend technology solutions aligned with business objectives.
Support system testing efforts, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), test planning, and defect resolution.
Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements to improve user experience and operational efficiency.
Develop training materials and provide end-user support and documentation.
Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and best practices within the Salesforce platform.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
3+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role.
2+ years of hands-on experience working with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or related Salesforce products.
Strong understanding of business process analysis, requirements gathering, and documentation techniques.
Experience creating user stories, process maps, functional specifications, and test cases.
Knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, data models, security, reporting, and automation tools.
Experience working in Agile and Scrum environments.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
Salesforce Administrator Certification.
Salesforce Business Analyst Certification.
Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience.
Knowledge of Salesforce integrations, APIs, and third-party applications.
Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or other project management tools.
