About the Role
As a CBRE BSO Associate Director, Business Process Transformation you will act as a strategic partner, supporting with high-impact AI transformation initiatives across accounting and finance. Drive operational excellence, enhance transparency, with the goal to improve process performance through hands-on project leadership and process innovation.
This job is part of the Business Transformation Office, which serves as the central engine for change, assisting CBRE businesses in building scalable operating models through automation, including agentic AI at scale and right sourcing including outsourcing and offshoring.
Please Note:
• This is a hybrid position.
• The minimum annual compensation for the Project Manager position is $1400,000, with a maximum of $158,000 annually.
• This position is eligible for performance bonus!
What You'll Do
• Lead and actively contribute to the execution of AI transformation strategic projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize business processes and outcomes.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project roadmaps and rollout plans; align with department leadership on scope, timelines, and resource needs.
• Identify and build project resources to drive successful delivery of the project leveraging Agentic AI platform.
• Work closely with process owners and project team to redesign the business process leveraging AI, align approach and principles for testing, validation and process release
• Champion new process rollouts by supporting user adoption, communication strategies, and defining success metrics for initiative.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement by preparing and delivering presentations, project updates, and hold process review workshops.
• Orchestrate the review with internal or external partners of the new designed controls and work closely with change management on AI literacy training.
• Participate and oversee the design of new process metrics and SLAs within the Agentic AI platform.
• Oversee new process issue resolution during hyper care periods, ensuring timely communication and escalation to senior leadership as needed.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with internal clients, business units, and platform teams to ensure alignment and transparency across initiatives.
• Responsible for successfully completion of the project, project cost and savings realization.
What You'll Need
• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) required; minimum of 5 years of experience in process improvement, project support, or property accounting.
• Proven ability to analyse, interpret, and document complex business processes and data flows; skilled in creating process maps, reports, and manuals.
• Deep understanding of financial principles and terminology; capable of developing innovative solutions to complex business challenges.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver results in a matrixed, multi-industry environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with AI tools and Power BI is highly desirable.
