- Develop acceptance criteria, testing strategies, and knowledge transfer documents to ensure delivery excellence.
- Share insights and feedback with product teams to drive continuous improvement and best practices.
- Provide leadership by resolving escalations from junior team members and serving as the functional lead on engagements.
- Coach and mentor Associate Business Process Consultants.
- Apply ServiceNow product knowledge to design efficient workflows based on leading practices and customer needs.
