Job description

As a business systems analyst for the Enterprise Information Systems Americas team, you will drive process integration and continuous improvement by fostering standardization and regional alignment of business processes within your functional area.
You will define, analyze, and design the process landscape, assess change impacts, and support system integration for the TSS Americas process landscape, to enhance performance and ensure processes support company strategy and objectives.
Tasks and Responsibilties:
  • Lead process improvement, re-engineering, and harmonization initiatives
  • Analyze, design, model, and document business processes.
  • Gather, analyze, and consolidate business requirements.
  • Document business requirements and 'to be' process designs.
  • Structure, plan, and prioritize work packages within your area of responsibility.
  • Prepare and maintain work stream plans and schedules.
  • Deliver functional work stream outputs, meeting agreed milestones.
  • Optimize cross-work stream dependencies and coordinate deliverables.
  • Report project status for process design and documentation.
  • Define test scenarios and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Assist in training and education of key and end users.
  • Support migration and data validation activities.
  • Assist with pre go-live, cutover, go-live, and hypercare activities.
  • Ensure compliance with global processes and guidelines through audits and performance monitoring.

Education and Experience Requirements:
  • Degree in Business Process Management, Business Administration, Informatics, Economics, Business and Information Technology, or comparable field.
  • 3+ years of experience in process and requirements analysis, ideally with large-scale software implementation projects.
  • Strong analytical and intercultural communication skills.
  • Solid understanding of core and support processes, with specialization in at least one functional area (e.g., Sales, Production Planning & Execution, Supply Chain Management).
  • Experience with modern software application implementation, preferably cross-functional projects.
  • Self-motivated, able to coordinate work stream activities and report project progress.
  • Interest in supporting an international community, knowledge sharing, and networking.
