INTERNSHIP OPPORTUNITYย 

Business Operations Intern:ย 

Our Biz Ops Intern will assist with monthly and one-off reporting requests across departments, teams, and lines of business; daily support on monitoring and updating basic project info in our ERP system; providing project management support on internal based creative projects (setting up kick off meetings, reviews, etc.); assisting resource managers with administrative tasks; and involvement with ad hoc projects as they become available. In this role you will gain an understanding of the basic operational set up and processes of a creative based business creating a strong foundation for potential careers in a variety of departments in the marketing/advertising industries.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCEย 

  • Rising Junior, Senior,ย orย Recent Graduateย 

  • GPA: 3.0 or higherย 

  • Solutions-orientedย withย critical thinking and problem-solving skillsย 

  • Strongย interpersonal skills, enjoys building relationships and working with othersย 

  • Proficient inย MS Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)ย 

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detailย 

  • Strong time and project management skills, comfortable juggling multiple tasksย
