As a Director, Business Operations on the Real Property Management team, a typical day for you will include:

The Director, Business Operations at Real Property Management plays a pivotal role in driving the success of our Franchise Business Owners by serving as a strategic partner, operational leader, and brand ambassador. This individual is responsible for fostering strong relationships, delivering exceptional support, and championing initiatives that align with our mission to be the premier third-party, full-service real estate management organization in North America.

As a trusted advisor, the Director will provide timely and accurate support across software, systems, and maintenance operations, ensuring franchisees are empowered to grow and thrive. Through active engagement and collaboration, this leader will enhance the franchisee experience, leveraging internal tools, programs, and networks to reinforce brand standards and operational excellence.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Trusted Advisor - Act as the primary contact for Franchise Business Owners at Real Property Management providing timely and accurate software and maintenance support. Champion Real Property Management's systems and processes to support Franchise Business Owners' growth. Develop Key Performance Indicators to measure performance both as an entire organization and the individual franchise location.

  • Active Engagement - Develop strong internal and external relationships to expertly and efficiently enhance the experience of our Franchise Business Owners' as the maintain and preserve the properties they manage. You will utilize the tools, programs, systems and network to strengthen and reinforce programs and policies.

  • Brand Ambassador - Help plan, coordinate and manage programs and initiatives to further establishing Real Property Management's priorities to be the premier 3rd party full-service real estate management organization in North America as we deliver on our brand vision and purpose; To be so remarkable that we become a beloved household name.

  • Enable Others to Achieve Their Dreams - Because you've built trust with our parent company and franchisees as you work to greater success together, you'll help them achieve their dreams through business ownership within the Real Property Management system.

  • Collaborative - Work closely with internal Real Property Management teams to execute Franchise Business Owner strategic plans.

Education & Experience:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree; business, finance, property management preferred. Certification in the Entrepreneur Operating System (EOS) preferred.

  • Experience: Five (5) or more years related experience as a business coach, small business owner, property management, or equivalent combination of experience.

  • 10-25% travel.
