Sales Operations Associate

Job description

Sales Operations Associate
Remote (U.S.) | Long-Term Contract | Strong Potential for Permanent Hire

iSphere is looking for a Sales Operations Associate who loves keeping things organized, moving, and under control. If you're the person who always knows what's due next, catches the details everyone else misses, and enjoys helping a sales team close business without actually carrying a quota, this could be a great fit.

This is a fully remote opportunity supporting a growing enterprise sales organization. You'll work closely with sales leadership, operations, technical teams, and executives to keep opportunities moving, proposals on schedule, and leadership informed. Think of yourself as the air traffic controller behind the sales process, making sure nothing falls through the cracks.

What they're really looking for:

• Experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, Proposal Management, Account Management, or a similar support role
• Experience coordinating multiple projects, deadlines, and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
• Strong background supporting RFPs, RFIs, proposals, and customer-facing documentation
• Experience working with CRM platforms, Microsoft Excel, reporting tools, and pipeline management
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with remote teams across the organization
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset

Bonus points if you have:

• Experience supporting enterprise sales organizations
• Experience building dashboards and pipeline reports
• Experience improving sales processes and operational workflows

You'll spend your time coordinating proposal efforts, tracking sales opportunities, preparing reports and executive updates, maintaining CRM data, supporting RFP responses, organizing sales documentation, and helping leadership keep deals moving from introduction to close. You'll also work across Sales, Operations, Product, and Technical teams to gather information, remove roadblocks, and improve the overall sales process.

The right person for this role enjoys bringing order to organized chaos. They're comfortable juggling multiple priorities, asking the right follow-up questions, and making sure deadlines don't sneak up on anyone. They know the sales team gets the spotlight, but they also know successful sales organizations don't run very well without someone behind the scenes keeping everything on track.

If you enjoy solving problems, improving processes, and helping a sales organization operate at its best, we'd love to hear from you.
