Job description

Bachelor's Degree Required to Apply
Katapult Network is designed to help college graduates with zero to two years of professional experience find their next professional career opportunity. We focus on helping recent college graduates, with no experience, get access to full-time, entry-level opportunities with some of the Nation's top employers. Our clients include ground-breaking start-up companies and well-established billion-dollar organizations who want to find their next generation of talent.
The Job:
We are currently recruiting an entry-level Management Trainee to join a growing organization and learn the business from the ground up. This role is designed for recent graduates who enjoy staying active, solving problems, and taking ownership of their work. No previous management experience is required.
This is not a desk-only training program. You'll gain hands-on experience across office and operational functions, learning how products move through the business, how teams work together, and what it takes to keep daily operations running smoothly. You'll spend time working directly within operations, including learning to safely operate warehouse equipment, while also gaining experience in coordination, customer service, inventory, and business processes. As you develop, you'll have the opportunity to take on additional responsibility and grow toward future leadership opportunities.
What You Will Be Doing As A Management Trainee:
  • Learn multiple areas of the business through hands-on training in both office and operational environments
  • Support daily operations, inventory, order fulfillment, and product movement
  • Learn to safely operate applicable warehouse equipment and machinery
  • Coordinate with team members across operations, customer service, sales, and distribution
  • Assist with customer requests, order updates, and day-to-day service needs
  • Help identify and resolve operational issues to keep orders and projects moving
  • Maintain accurate inventory, order, and operational records within company systems
  • Learn company processes and look for opportunities to improve efficiency and service
  • Take on increasing responsibility as you develop your knowledge of the business
  • Build the skills and experience needed to grow into future leadership opportunities
Our Ideal Project Manager Candidate Has:
  • Hands-On Mindset: Comfortable jumping in, learning how things work, and contributing wherever needed to get the job done
  • Dependability: Reliable, responsible, and takes ownership of responsibilities from start to finish
  • Problem Solving: Able to think through challenges, make practical decisions, and keep things moving
  • Adaptability: Comfortable moving between office responsibilities and hands-on operational work throughout the day
  • Initiative: Willing to learn, ask questions, and take on increasing responsibility as knowledge and confidence grow
  • Team Mindset: Enjoys working alongside others and understands that strong leaders learn the work before leading it
  • Customer Focus: Understands how strong operations and follow-through contribute to a great customer experience
Requirements To Be A Management Trainee:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Willingness to work in both office and warehouse environments
  • Comfortable learning to safely operate warehouse equipment and machinery
