The Order Management Associate is responsible for Processing Sales orders with attention to detail and a high percentage of accuracy. This includes escalating issues to appropriate groups for resolution.
This position reports to the Manager, Order Management and is part of the Order Management team located in Torrance, CA and will be an on-site role.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
  • Process sales orders with attention to detail and a high percentage of accuracy, provide accurate lead times on items not in stock.
  • Create production orders for special batch requests, provide daily report of sales orders processed and not processed.
  • Ensure all work is accurate and free of errors / defects. Clear orders from preorder table for processing and process specialty orders including key stocks, consignments, and standing orders.

The essential requirements of the job include:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) with at least 2 years of experience in Order Management
  • At least 1 year of data entry and/or customer service experience
  • Understanding of the functionalities of an ERP system, Microsoft Office (Excel) and Database Management

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
  • Excellent time management skills, ability to manage multiple tasks and strong customer service
  • Basic knowledge of Distribution and Manufacturing
  • Basic knowledge of Dynamics D365 ERP System

The hourly range for this role is $21.00 - $25.00. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
We offer comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
