Job Description

Position Overview

We are seeking an Associate, Business Transformation to support enterprise transformation initiatives with a focus on change management execution and adoption. This is a full-time role reporting directly to the Senior Manager of Business Transformation.

The Associate will partner with cross-functional teams to execute structured change management activities that drive stakeholder adoption, behavioral change, and sustainable implementation of new processes.

The responsibilities focus on stakeholder support and solution delivery enablement for technology projects encompassing document management, procurement management, data management, and IT project management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop of change management plans, including stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, and adoption strategies

  • Execute change management activities including communications, training coordination, and stakeholder engagement

  • Partner with sponsors and project teams to assess change impacts, readiness, and adoption risks, and support mitigation planning

  • Develop stakeholder communications, training materials, and engagement content

  • Conduct stakeholder outreach and gather feedback to assess change effectiveness and adoption progress

  • Identify change resistance, change fatigue, and capability gaps, and recommend actions

  • Track and report change adoption metrics, including training completion and stakeholder engagement

  • Support cross-functional collaboration to align project delivery with change management activities

  • Support facilitation of workshops and sessions focused on change readiness and stakeholder alignment

  • Contribute to development of change management templates, playbooks, and best practices

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Development, Communications, Psychology, or related field

  • 3-5 years of experience in change management, organizational development, or business transformation

  • Experience supporting change management efforts in cross-functional transformation initiatives

  • Strong understanding of change management principles and methodologies

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prosci Change Management Certification (preferred) or equivalent (e.g., ADKAR)

  • Experience developing stakeholder assessments, communication plans, and training strategies

  • Experience measuring change adoption using qualitative and quantitative methods

  • Experience supporting technology implementations or process transformation initiatives

  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., PMP)

  • Comfort navigating ambiguity in a dynamic environment

Base Pay

$93,000.00 - 113,000.00 USD Annual
Bonus: 20% - 30%

The base pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target salary for the position. Invenergy considers a number of factors when determining base pay offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education and skills.
