Job Summary:
Syntricate Technologies is seeking a Business Analyst – Advanced with expertise in Power BI and project management. The role involves designing complex dashboards, analyzing data requirements, and providing project management support while ensuring data integrity and performance optimization.
Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain complex Power BI dashboards, reports, and data visualizations
• Analyze data requirements, database structures, and system architectures
• Support database migration efforts, ensuring data integrity and performance optimization
• Create data models, cubes, and paginated reports to enhance data accessibility
• Monitor database performance, usage, and system efficiency; run diagnostics and forecasting
• Collaborate with stakeholders, project sponsors, and technical teams to gather and refine requirements
• Provide project management support, including status reporting, risk tracking, and deliverable management
• Recommend system improvements, upgrades, and enhancements
• Work with third-party vendors for system analysis and implementation support
• Ensure alignment with data governance, privacy, and IT standards
• Provide technical guidance and consultation to internal teams and leadership
Qualifications:
Required:
• 2+ years of Project Management experience
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Power BI
• Strong background in Business Intelligence and Data Visualization
• Knowledge of IT systems, database architecture, and data analysis
• Basic understanding of data governance and privacy practices
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently and under minimal supervision
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field OR 4+ years of relevant experience in place of a degree (year-for-year basis)
