Job description

Job Title: Lead Business Intelligence & Data Integration Analyst
Location: Remote (EST Time Zone)
Job Type: Contract to Hire (6 Months)
Experience: 10+ years
Job Overview
Key Responsibilities
  • Design and maintain data models, semantic models, dataflows, and curated datasets for enterprise reporting
  • Write, troubleshoot, and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and transformation logic
  • Support ETL processes, pipeline monitoring, and production issue resolution
  • Assist with Microsoft Fabric and Power BI modernization, including legacy migration efforts
  • Support MDM and Syniti-related data initiatives including validation, mapping, and governance
  • Guide BI developers and analysts on data structures, joins, business logic, and reporting best practices
  • Support UAT, documentation, end-user support, and post-deployment enhancements
Required Skills
  • Strong SQL Server experience including complex query development and performance optimization
  • Experience with ETL processes, dataflows, data marts, cubes, or data warehouse environments
  • Enterprise reporting dataset and semantic model design
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Preferred Skills
  • Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Azure, or modern cloud-based analytics platforms
  • Salesforce, CRM Analytics, Life Science Cloud, or CRM/ERP integration experience
  • MDM platforms including Syniti or similar tools
  • Informatica, Azure Data Factory, SSIS, or similar ETL technologies
  • SQL Server tuning, Control-M, or production reporting support
  • Experience mentoring BI developers and leading cross-functional teams
