You deliver actionable insights that drive strategic and operational decisions across the organization, transforming complex data into meaningful information that supports revenue growth, customer insights, and strategic decision-making. Working closely with business partners and the BI Manager, you ensure data accuracy, consistency, and usability across reporting and analytics platforms, serving as a technical expert and trusted advisor.Job Description:Essential Functions and Responsibilities:Maintain, enhance, and optimize the Corporate Marketing Data Warehouse as the foundation for enterprise reporting and analyticsDevelop, optimize, and maintain queries, stored procedures, views, reports, and ETL/analytics processes across SSIS, SAS Viya, and SSRS to support the Corporate Marketing Data WarehouseSupport and maintain OLAP cube solutions using SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS) based on the Corporate Marketing Data WarehousePartner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver actionable reporting solutions that influence business strategy and outcomesEnsure data accuracy and consistency through validation, testing, and quality assurance processes across BI systemsSupport data governance initiatives by maintaining technical documentation, ensuring standards, and promoting best practices across BI systemsProvide timely support for ad-hoc data requests, research inquiries, and issue resolutionCollaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, Finance, Marketing, and Operations to support enterprise initiativesAssist in evaluating and implementing enhancements to BI tools, processes, and data architectureEnsure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and applicable regulationsProvide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the company’s guest service culture standardsTranslate Corporate Marketing Data Warehouse data into insights that drive marketing strategy, customer engagement, and revenue growthPerform other duties as assignedQualifications5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Information Systems with hands-on technical responsibilities, or equivalent combination of experience and skills demonstrating capability to manage enterprise data warehouses, BI reporting, and analytics solutionsAdvanced proficiency with:MS SQL ServerMS Visual StudioT-SQLSAS 9.0 (hands-on experience writing and modifying SAS procedures [procs])SSRSSSISSSASDemonstrated experience building and supporting enterprise reporting and analytics solutionsExperience maintaining and optimizing enterprise-level data warehouses, preferably in a marketing or analytics contextAnalytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights clearlyAbility to translate complex data into actionable insights and communicate effectively with business stakeholdersProven ability to collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver actionable insightsAbility to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlinesSelf-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying improvements and driving solutionsHigh attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and integrityAbility to quickly learn and adapt to new BI tools and technologiesSkilled in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and WordFamiliarity with systems such as SAS Viya, Konami Synkros, LMS, Tableau, InfoGenesis preferredExperience with SAS Customer Intelligence 360 (CI360) a plusRequirementsBachelor’s degree in a technical or analytical field (Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business Analytics), or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experienceEffective written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to business stakeholdersAbility to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced, data-driven environmentVerify eligibility to work in the United States and maintain all required work cards, registrations, and compliance certifications (e.g., Nevada Gaming Registration)Work CardsNevada Gaming RegistrationPhysical RequirementsOccasionally push, pull, lift and/or carry up to 25lbs. at floor, knee, waist, and chest levelsOccasionally squat, kneel, reach, bend, twistRegularly sit and work at a desk or computerOccasionally standing and walkingAbility to communicate using in-person speech, radios, and telephoneAbility to hear, understand, and distinguish speech and/or other sound in personAbility to distinguish between shades of colorAbility to use tools or equipment requiring a high degree of dexterity Work Environment Potential ConditionsIndoorDisclaimerThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this classification.
