Job description

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your data analysis and business intelligence expertise in a cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside innovative, collaborative, and forward-thinking teammates.

You'll play a pivotal role in transforming data into actionable insights, empowering stakeholders to make informed decisions. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (such as Systems S&TC, Electrification, Systems, Vehicle Suppliers, and transversal support functions), coordinate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of reports, and support stakeholders in effectively using dashboards, among other impactful responsibilities.

You'll specifically take care of designing dashboard layouts and user experiences to ensure clarity and impact, but also ensure consistency and standardisation across reports and visualisations.

We'll look to you for:

  • Understanding and gathering reporting requirements from stakeholders
  • Translating business needs into clear and structured specifications for BI developers
  • Coordinating with developers to ensure accurate implementation of reports and dashboards
  • Reviewing and validating dashboards to ensure alignment with business expectations and data accuracy
  • Supporting stakeholders in understanding and effectively using dashboards
  • Identifying opportunities to improve reporting efficiency and reduce duplication
  • Ensuring that insights are presented in a clear, intuitive, and decision-oriented manner

Compensation- $90,000 - $120,000 CAD per year

Duration: 10+ Months

  • Basic understanding of data analysis, reporting concepts, and KPI definition
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft tools (Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Proven experience working with Power Automate or similar BI tools (e.g., Qlik, Tableau), including dashboard design and data visualisation
  • Experience in gathering and translating business requirements into functional specifications
  • Experience working in a cross-functional environment, interacting with stakeholders and developers
  • Demonstrated experience in designing user-oriented dashboards and improving reporting usability
