Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence (BI) Engineer with strong experience in Tableau, AWS cloud technologies, and data warehousing to design, develop, and maintain scalable analytics and reporting solutions. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in transforming complex datasets into actionable business insights, building interactive dashboards, and enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain enterprise BI solutions using Tableau.
  • Create interactive dashboards, scorecards, and reports to support business stakeholders.
  • Develop and optimize data models, ETL/ELT processes, and reporting architectures.
  • Build and maintain data pipelines using AWS services.
  • Integrate data from multiple sources including databases, cloud platforms, APIs, and enterprise applications.
  • Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
  • Perform data validation and ensure data accuracy, integrity, and governance.
  • Monitor and optimize Tableau dashboard performance and underlying queries.
  • Support data warehouse design and implementation activities.
  • Document data flows, business rules, and reporting requirements.
