The Business Intelligence Analyst supports the Data & Forward Planning organization by developing, maintaining, and enhancing networklevel analytics, dashboards, and data products. This role enables Sales Analytics, Operational Analytics, Network Performance leads by ensuring data is accurate, timely, and fit for decisionmaking. The role focuses on data execution and enablement.

Description

  • Develop, enhance, and maintain network analytics dashboards and reports supporting revenue forecasting, capacity planning, Win Room insights, and performance management
  • Maintain and improve Power BI reports, data models, and reports; including performance optimization and userfriendly design
  • Enable proofs of concept and new analytics use cases, supporting rapid iteration and continuous improvement of data products
  • Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across analytics outputs, underlying tables, and reporting logic
  • Leverage dashboards and tools to support business process improvement projects and enable data-driven decision making
  • Act as a liaison between analytics teams and IT/Digital, supporting data warehouse integration, data refresh reliability, and technical troubleshooting
  • Support Sales Analytics and Operational Analytics leads by translating analytical requirements into scalable solutions
  • Deliverables:
  • Power BI dashboards and standardized reports (e.g., Win Room, KPIs, TR/TD, Open Seat, Capacity, etc.)
  • Reliable and documented data models supporting forecasting and performance analytics
  • Data quality checks and remediation inputs
  • Technical enablement for new analytics concepts and enhancements
  • Presentation slide decks and written reports

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (Supply Chain), Engineering, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience data analysis, business intelligence, statistics or analytics enablement roles
  • Experience in roles with exposure to FP&A, Demand/Supply Planning, or Supply Chain Management
  • Strong skills in Excel, Data Visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau/Looker) data modeling, SQL. Exposure to AI models
  • Understanding of data quality, data governance, and reporting standards

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical data solutions
  • Strong collaboration skills with Data scientists
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills; ability to analyse, interpret, and synthesise data
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, including customer focus, teamwork, and adaptability
  • Bilingual (French-English)
