Business Integration Analyst

Remote position

Job Description: Act as a liaison between the customer’s business teams and members of the project delivery team. Collect business requirements and configurations from the customer’s business teams and configure the product.Provide integration consulting and business process definition. Develop hands‑on experience with the product to support customer requirements and perform data analysis. Develop a good understanding of the underlying product data‑models and perform analysis on large data sets. Ensure project documentation is current and work with solution architects to ensure all project customizations are appropriately documented for hand‑off. Work closely with implementation and project managers to ensure data Service Level Agreements are defined during the project planning phase and are consistently met through project hand‑off stages. Support testing and validation of various integration interfaces within the customers integration landscape. Support QA team in validating test cases and supporting system validation. Participate in response teams for root cause analysis of system problems identified in the deployment of company solutions. Act as the liaison to the other business units within the company to resolve and follow through on issues and/or defects. Domestic travel to unanticipated customer sites up to 20%.

Salary range: $130,000/year - $135,000/year

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field and one year of experience with integration consulting or business systems analysis. Experience must include one year each of the following: utility industry experience in meter data management; GridStream Meter Data Management System; technical consulting with external customers; large set data analysis, methodical root cause analysis, and troubleshooting technical issues; designing and implementing integration solutions to streamline business processes and improve efficiency; UNIX, Oracle Weblogic server, Oracle database, SQL, and PL/SQL; applying business processes and systems to identify gaps and develop comprehensive integration strategies for data flow across functional areas; analyzing business requirements, assessing risks, and designing solutions for integrating disparate systems; and data mapping and transformation techniques, including creating and executing data migration plans for system integration. Domestic travel to unanticipated customer sites up to 20%. Experience may be gained concurrently.

Pay is in the range of $130,000 - $135,000 per year. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, and certifications or other professional licenses held.
