Job Summary
The Business Integration Manager manages the integration of business processes and IT systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness. This role involves working closely with various departments to understand their needs, designing and implementing integration solutions, and ensuring that all systems work together seamlessly. The ideal candidate will have strong IT skills, including proficiency in SQL programming and experience in managing complex integration projects. Experience with INFOR Visual ERP Software is required.
Key Responsibilities
  • Integration Strategy Development
    • Develop and implement integration strategies to align IT systems with business goals.
    • Identify and evaluate integration opportunities to enhance business processes.
  • Project Management
    • Manage and oversee integration projects from initiation to completion.
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
    • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk assessments.
  • Technical Leadership
    • Lead the design and implementation of integration solutions, including data integration, application integration, and business process integration.
    • Develop and maintain integration standards, guidelines, and best practices.
    • Provide technical expertise and guidance on integration issues.
  • SQL Programming

Qualifications
  • Education
    • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL) are a plus.
  • Experience
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT integration, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
    • Proven experience in managing complex integration projects.
    • Strong experience with SQL programming and database management.
    • Experience with INFOR Visual ERP Software is required.
    • Experience with Paycor timekeeping is a plus.
    • Experience in shipbuilding and ship repair is desired.

  • You will accrue two weeks of paid vacation distributed at 1.54 hours per paid week. You will receive three Personal Time Off (PTO) days each year at the beginning of the calendar year. Vacation and PTO is available for use after 90-days of employment.
  • First of the month preceding hire, you are eligible for employee benefits such as medical, dental, and vision insurance, short- and long-term disability, and life insurance as provided by our benefit providers. After 90 days of employment, you will be eligible to contribute to the company’s 401k program including the company match.
