Job description


  • Deliver full lifecycle BI development from requirements gathering through design, build, testing, and deployment

  • Design, develop, and maintain BI solutions, including reports, dashboards, and metrics

  • Deliver timely and accurate daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting

  • Summarize disparate data to formulate analysis addressing business requirements

  • Clarify report needs with business stakeholders and create analysis meeting clients' needs

  • Audit and analyze data to verify quality and integrity; identify and research data anomalies

  • Develop and deliver complex ad hoc reports and business-unit-specific information

  • Provide suggestions and recommendations for analytics requests

  • Analyze and optimize complex data systems, documenting data elements, flows, relationships, and dependencies

  • Perform root cause analysis to identify improvement opportunities

  • Communicate improvement opportunities and analytical insights to business unit leaders

  • Learn new technologies and systems to advance reporting and analysis capabilities


Requirements

  • At least 8+ years of development experience designing, developing, and implementing solutions using BI tools

  • 3 or 4-year college degree in Business, Accounting, IS, or Engineering

  • 5-8 years of analytics and reporting experience

  • Strong technical expertise in MS Fabric, BusinessObjects (BO), data modeling, and related technologies

  • Experience with Power BI, Power Automate, Google BigQuery, SQL, and enterprise reporting tools

  • Advanced SQL skills

  • Experience with relational databases

  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
