Job description

We help the world run better
At SAP, we keep it simple: you bring your best to us, and we'll bring out the best in you. We're builders touching over 20 industries and 80% of global commerce, and we need your unique talents to help shape what's next. The work is challenging - but it matters. You'll find a place where you can be yourself, prioritize your wellbeing, and truly belong. What's in it for you? Constant learning, skill growth, great benefits, and a team that wants you to grow and succeed.
What You'll Build:
In this role, you define and lead complex, high-impact business process transformation initiatives for customers across industries. You translate enterprise strategies, executive priorities, and industry trends into fit-to-standard, future-ready business process landscapes aligned with SAP best practices and industry-leading approaches.
You act as a trusted advisor and thought leader, accountable for the strategic direction, quality, and business impact of process transformation engagements. Your work directly influences customer operating models, transformation roadmaps, and long-term value realization.
In this role, you will:
  • Act as a trusted industry and process expert, applying deep and end-to-end Regulated Manufacturing knowledge in the Life Sciences (Biopharma) domain to guide the design and optimization of customer business processes aligned with industry standards and sustainable operational excellence.
  • Define and lead end-to-end business process transformation programs aligned with customer strategy and enterprise objectives.
  • Act as a chief process authority, setting standards, best practices, and reference models for business process design and transformation.
  • Translate complex, strategic business challenges into coherent process architectures and transformation roadmaps.
  • Advise executive stakeholders on business innovation, value-based transformation, and operating model evolution.
  • Evaluate industry and technology trends to shape future-ready process strategies and guide portfolio and investment decisions.
  • Define success metrics, value drivers, and governance models to ensure measurable and sustainable business outcomes.
  • Mentor and guide senior process consultants, fostering excellence, consistency, and innovation across the community.

What You Bring:
  • You demonstrate a proactive approach to leveraging AI in everyday workflows, ensuring high-quality outputs through thoughtful context design and system integration.
  • Recognized expert in the Life Sciences (Biopharma) domain with deep end-to-end expertise in Regulated Manufacturing enabling the guidance and shaping of complex customer engagements and the definition of industry-aligned, high-impact solutions.
  • Minimum 8 years of professional experience within the Regulated Manufacturing domain required.
  • Proven ability to work in an Agentic AI context, shaping and applying AI agents that act autonomously within defined boundaries, collaborate with human stakeholders, and deliver measurable business outcomes in customer-centric environments.
  • Deepest level of professional expertise in business process consulting and enterprise transformation.
  • Proven ability to lead and govern complex, multi-dimensional transformation initiatives in high-ambiguity environments.
  • Strong command of business process management, process-to-solution mapping, and change management at enterprise scale.
  • Ability to influence and advise senior executives on strategic, high-impact business and transformation decisions.
  • Recognition as a trusted advisor or thought leader in business process transformation, internally and externally.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, enabling alignment across executive, business, and delivery stakeholders.

Where You Belong:
You will be part of a growing AI and industry expert team dedicated to serving customers across the region (Americas, Europe, Asia). We are building a collaborative, high-impact environment that brings together deep AI expertise, strong industry knowledge, and regional understanding to help customers innovate, transform, and lead in their markets.
This team thrives on working together to turn complex business challenges into practical, scalable solutions. You will find an environment that values curiosity, ownership, and continuous learning, where new ideas are encouraged and real-world impact matters. This is a place for people who enjoy building something new. You will thrive here if you are customer-centric, motivated by meaningful outcomes, and comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast-evolving AI landscape.
We work closely with decision-makers, challenge assumptions with data, and give data scientists room to influence strategy-not just produce analysis. We value sharp thinking, business curiosity, and clear communication.
