Description

We’re building a world of health around every individual — shaping a more connected, convenient and compassionate health experience. At CVS Health®, you’ll be surrounded by passionate colleagues who care deeply, innovate with purpose, hold ourselves accountable and prioritize safety and quality in everything we do. Join us and be part of something bigger – helping to simplify health care one person, one family and one community at a time.

It’s an exciting time to be at CVS Health as we redefine how pharmacy can play a more central role in healthcare accessibility and outcomes. As Senior Manager, Omnichannel Commercialization Strategy, you will support the development and execution of strategies that leverage pharmacy and digital assets to improve engagement and outcomes across a broad, omnichannel ecosystem.

In this role, you will partner closely with cross-functional leaders to support business development efforts to expand Health100’s pharmacy network, including partner engagement and growth prioritization, while shaping go-to-market approaches for new B2B services, evaluating new commercialization opportunities, and translating strategic ideas into actionable plans. You will bring strong analytical thinking, structured problem solving, and compelling storytelling to drive alignment and informed decision-making across the organization.

This role is well suited for someone who enjoys operating at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and execution, and who is comfortable navigating ambiguity in a dynamic, matrixed environment.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Support business development efforts for pharmacy network expansion, including partner evaluation, deal structuring, strategic growth planning, deliverable tracking, and leadership updates
  • Develop presentations, storyboards, and materials that clearly communicate complex ideas and recommendations to cross‑functional and senior stakeholders
  • Support strategic thinking and planning efforts aligned to the organization’s business priorities and future growth opportunities
  • Conduct market research, competitive assessments, and business analysis to inform business cases and strategic decisions
  • Partner with internal teams to help design and operationalize commercialization strategies for new and evolving B2B offerings
  • Synthesize insights and data into clear recommendations to support prioritization and execution decisions
  • Serve as a trusted working‑level partner to leaders across product, pharmacy, digital, and operations teams

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare strategy, management consulting, product, commercialization, or a related field

Preferred Experience and Competencies

  • Experience supporting business development, including pitchbook development, leadership brief preparation, deal structuring, and deliverable tracking
  • Strong understanding of the pharmacy and broader healthcare landscape, with familiarity across payers, providers, PBMs, or pharma
  • Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and work effectively in a matrixed organization
  • Comfort managing competing priorities and ambiguity in a fast‑paced environment
  • Experience building or supporting financial models and business cases
  • Advanced PowerPoint skills with the ability to structure narratives, frame decisions, and facilitate productive discussions
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with executive‑level polish
  • Experience supporting B2B or enterprise initiatives preferred

Education:
