Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate new leads through outreach, networking, and referrals
- Qualify and assess potential clients to identify insurance needs
- Present the agency's product offerings and value proposition effectively
- Schedule appointments and follow up to support the sales process
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to convert leads into clients
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all interactions in CRM systems
- Achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation and conversion targets
