  • Develop and maintain meaningful professional relationships with coworkers, partners, and manufacturing clients.
  • Identify and assess client needs and develop tailored solutions to address them.
  • Coordinate the delivery of services to clients, ensuring high quality and timely delivery.
  • Expand the Center's client base by identifying new leads and pursuing opportunities.
  • Represent the Center at industry events and conferences.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
  • Achieve defined territory goals and center metrics.
  • Manage project impact survey process.
  • Utilize a CRM for documentation of client and project activity.
  • Report on special developments, information or feedback gathered through field activity.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably related to private sector industry.
  • Minimum two years of leadership and program management experience.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of business development gained from direct experience and/or formal training.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Other: Valid driver's license with a motor vehicle record (MVR) compliant with the Driving for University Business SAP.
