Job description

WHAT WE'RE DOING
This position is part of the Indo-Pacific RMS International Strategy and Business Development team. The role directly interfaces with our customers in Korea and Taiwan for both current and future programs and directly supports all Rotary Mission Systems.
THE WORK
- Identify and evaluate new international business opportunities, shape customer requirements and directly support RMS Line of Business capture activities while managing international customer relationships.
- Manage and coordinate capture and keep sold activities within Korea and Taiwan
- Understand, articulate and support our regional and global strategies.
- Develop a Korea and Taiwan business development plan that sustains current franchise programs and develops growth opportunities.
- Coordinate across multiple Business Areas / functions within the corporation - Global Business Development, Lockheed Martin Business areas (Aero, MFC, Space), Program Management, Operations, Finance, etc.
- Build and sustain senior level relationships with Korean and Taiwan decision makers and facilitate RMS engagements through capture activities.
WHO WE ARE

Drive lead generation, pipeline development, and funnel conversion for RMS.
Conduct market research, budget process analysis, and capability gap assessments for target customers.
Compliance & Governance
Ensure full compliance with FMS and DCS sales.
Travel
Up to 60% travel to customer sites, trade shows, and partner facilities - occasionally worldwide.
