You will gain broad exposure across the Consumer, Growth, Marketing & Sales (GM&S); Social Healthcare and Public Entities (SHaPE) and Life Sciences practice while supporting projects that strengthen professional growth and talent development across the whole cluster.
As part of the as the "Consumer & Sciences" Professional Development cluster team, you will be closely working with the Professional Development teams of the four practices, comprising 10 very open-minded colleagues with a great passion for people topics. Our team sits across Germany, Spain, Poland and Portugal, mainly collaborating remotely. You will support us in Dusseldorf, Munich, and/or Lisbon. You will work both in the office and remotely.
You are expected to work approximately 20 hours per week during regular working hours, with flexibility to structure half or full working days based on your academic schedule and our team's needs. This is a 6 month long contract.
