  • Coordinate follow-up activities by tracking action items, proposal milestones, conference leads, customer engagements, and partner interactions to ensure timely execution.
  • Monitor pipeline health by identifying incomplete records, stale opportunities, overdue actions, and data inconsistencies, partnering with Business Development leaders to resolve issues.
  • Standardize CRM processes and data management practices to improve reporting accuracy, forecasting consistency, and overall pipeline quality.
  • Track lead conversion metrics from conferences, marketing campaigns, partner engagements, and customer introductions to measure business development effectiveness.

  • Strong understanding of CRM best practices and pipeline management principles
  • Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or a comparable CRM platform
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain highly accurate business records with exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to monitor multiple opportunities, deadlines, and follow-up activities simultaneously
  • Ability to create meaningful reports, dashboards, and performance metrics for leadership
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to document customer interactions and present information clearly
  • Ability to work independently while supporting multiple business development professionals
  • Ability to handle confidential customer, partner, and business information with discretion
