Business Analyst Intern - Summer 2027
Key Role Details
  • This is a full-time paid internship program spanning ten weeks from June through August 2027.
  • If you have previously interviewed for the Business Analyst role (AIP or ADP), we ask that you wait a minimum of 6 months from your last Powerday date.
  • Participation in the internship requires that you are located in the continental United States with in-person attendance at your assigned location, in accordance with Capital One's hybrid working model, for the duration of the program.
  • Interns will be evaluated for a full-time position within our rotational programs, with start dates six months to one year following the completion of the internship.

At this time, Capital One will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization, or offer any immigration related support for this position (e.g. H1B, F-1 OPT, F-1 STEM OPT, F-1 CPT, J-1, TN, E-3, and O-1, or any other forms of work authorization that require immigration support from an employer).
Basic Qualifications
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or higher with an expectation that you will complete your most recent full-time degree program by August 2028 or earlier
    • (for example: If you are graduating with a Bachelor's degree in May 2027 and are also currently enrolled in a full-time Master's degree program with an expected graduation date of May 2028, then your most recent full-time degree program is your Master's degree)
  • Must be continuing in the same course of study of your most recent full-time degree program following completion of the internship

As an intern in the Analyst Intern Program (AIP), you'll apply your strategic and analytical skills to impactful challenges on an experienced and collaborative team, that drive company growth-like building strong technology-driven products for our customers, crafting our marketing and digital strategy, and analyzing the business impacts of credit approval and real-time fraud detection, just to name a few. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter.
