What's in it for you:
The Business Cybersecurity & Infrastructure Leader (BCIL) supporting our Enterprise Applications group is a critical member of the Cybersecurity & Infrastructure Business Engagement team.

Our team's mission is to foster impactful engagements with the business, focusing on Cybersecurity and IT Infrastructure to drive growth, operational excellence, and shared success.

In this role, you will act as a trusted strategic partner and a vital two-way bridge between the Enterprise Applications group and the Cybersecurity & Infrastructure organization.

What you will do:

  • Ensure mutual awareness on strategic initiatives and shared priorities across our global business.

  • Act as the primary Cybersecurity & IT Infrastructure contact and advisor for members of the Enterprise Applications group.

  • Engage with senior leadership and key stakeholders to communicate risks and strategies, providing regular reporting on the status of Security and IT Infrastructure programs.

  • Assist the Enterprise Applications group in achieving business objectives while managing risk, including defining Cybersecurity requirements, coordinating third-party risk assessments.

  • Promote best Cybersecurity & IT Infrastructure practices & policies.

  • Partner with global and local Compliance, Legal, and IT resources to achieve effective working relationships to support business objectives.

  • Ensure robust, scalable and secure IT Infrastructure.

What you will bring:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.

  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in IT, Information Security, Compliance, and/or Audit with a proven record of delivery

  • A deep understanding of IT security technologies and techniques covering IT infrastructure, application development, and operations.

  • Experience interpreting and applying security policies, standards, and regulatory requirements

  • Knowledge of the legal and regulatory landscape related to security and privacy.

  • Proven ability to communicate effectively at all levels and work effectively in a team environment.

  • Strong judgment, analytical skills, and high attention to detail.

$146,521.66 - $204,609.99
