• Align customer and business strategies to help achieve desired results for customers through technology innovation and enablement of value creation for organizations.
• Ability to build and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients.
• Work with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver customized solutions that meet customer needs and enable global delivery teams by providing optimal delivery solutions.
• Ability to identify growth opportunities and anticipate market trends.
• Driving revenue growth through consultative selling and strategic proposals
• Expert in virtual presentations and digital communication platforms
• Familiarity with latest technology and changes in market
• Coordinating internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services
• Should be problem solver, have creative approaches to client challenges and have ability to thrive in fast-changing environments.
Roles & Responsibilities :
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients.
• Develop and execute account strategies aligned with client goals.
• Identify growth opportunities and create plans for upselling and cross-selling.
• Drive joint business planning and strategic value alignment.
• Collaborate with different service practices/horizontals within the organization to drive solutions contextual to the customer
• Sales management through rigor in review of Pipeline and performance against plan on weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
• Lead large RFPs and proactive proposals
• Collaborate with other horizontals of TCS to penetrate new areas, and drive growth in existing areas where TCS has business
• Pipeline creation through proactive thought papers, PoVs aligning to the industry trends
• Make Cold calls to clients, generate leads and follow up
• Managed Portfolios and Customer Relationships including Sr. Management
• Oversee service delivery and ensure SLA compliance.
• Manage escalations and risk mitigation.
• Own contracts, invoicing, and financial governance for client accounts.
