The Role:
As a Senior Solutions Consultant, you will be part of the project team delivering on our clients' initiatives. You will interact daily with our prospects and clients across a range of different activities such as mandates concerning pre-sales, strategy, implementation and continuous improvement.
On a day-to-day basis, you will:
Pre-sales
  • Evaluate client requirements;
  • Propose solutions architecture and approach;
  • Demonstrate system capabilities.

Strategy
  • Assess operations, technology, and opportunities;
  • Define future state solutions architecture;
  • Recommend roadmap and approach.

Implementation
  • Define optimal process and related feature set;
  • Provide resolution of critical technical limitations;
  • Configure and train client team;
  • Test business process scenarios;
  • Onboard users and execute cutover activities;
  • Support operations and enable clients.

Continuous Improvement
  • Identify and implement improvement opportunities;
  • Support solutions upgrades and enhancement processes;
  • Assist customer in onboarding activities.

We are looking for a candidate who has:
  • 3+ years of experience in a service industry (audit, consulting, engineering, etc.);
  • Experience with Business Central;
  • Hands-on experience with EDI integrations.
  • Experience in the deployment/implementation of large-scale distribution applications.
  • Experience supporting 3PL and co-manufacturing business processes is considered a strong asset.
