Job description

This role is focused towards enabling and driving the growth of Cognitive Business Operations/Business Process Services F&A & HRO , building as well as strengthening the customer relationship in one of the largest Retail Accounts in North America.

Primary responsibility will be to create F&A & HRO growth strategy in the account, execute strategy by capturing new opportunities, deliver growth and revenues as per plan, and large contract closures

Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Create, develop, and deliver the BPS growth strategy for F&A and HRO in one of the largest Retail accounts in North America
  • Have a good understanding of competition (their strength and weakness) and their sales strategies to create a differentiated winning proposition for TCS
  • Expert in building CXO, CXO-1 relationships and leveraging this relationship for business growth. Clear Value Articulation and Right Positioning of Business Process Solutions and Offerings
  • Acquiring new opportunities by working in a collaborative manner with TCS North America sales teams & Service line / Industry Service Unit teams
  • Responsible for Business Development, Demand Creation, Demand Capture, Customer relationship, Driving Opportunity Pipeline & Management, and meeting yearly Sales Targets
  • Having deep understanding of F&A and HRO and industry specific Retail landscape, processes, precipitate client pain points and develop specific solutions addressing customer’s needs
  • Expert in shaping large deals responsible customer accounts.
  • Increasing the visibility of Business Process Services solutions with the customer
  • Review MSA/contracts for onerous (critical) clauses before signing off. Flag off risks to mitigate
  • Participate regular sales review meetings to discuss targets, performance, and win strategies.

Qualifications:

  • CPA, CA, Postgraduate in Finance / MBA in Finance
  • Big 4 experience and experience in working with large Business Process Management organizations is preferred
  • Candidate with thought leadership and widely acknowledged in the F&A in Retail industry will be an added advantage
  • Functional knowledge and a big picture view of business processes operations, shared services landscape of F&A and HRO Retail processes and data, and business operations
  • Good understanding of shared services and outsourcing industry nuances etc.
  • Good understanding of Business Process Transformations through digital interventions – Agentic AI, Gen AI, RPA, Platforms

Salary Range: $158,025 - $213,780 a year
