Job Summary:
OVA.Work is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Product Owner to manage product development initiatives and ensure successful delivery of business requirements. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders, development teams, QA teams, and business users to define product vision, prioritize features, and drive product success.
Responsibilities:
• Define and communicate product vision, goals, and roadmap.
• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
• Create and manage product backlog, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Prioritize features and enhancements based on business value and customer needs.
• Collaborate with development, QA, UI/UX, and stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
• Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality product releases.
• Validate completed features against business requirements.
• Monitor product performance and gather user feedback for continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve blockers and dependencies.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Experience in product management or product ownership
