This position is based in our Irvine, California corporate headquarters with the opportunity to work a few days remotely per week.
The Platform Business Strategy Manager is responsible for translating platform strategic roadmap into actionable plans and driving cross-functional execution to achieve adoption, usage, and growth objectives for the XVS platform.
This role operates in a highly matrixed environment, partnering with Enablement, Marketing, Sales, and regional teams to ensure coordinated delivery of GTM initiatives. The role is accountable for operationalizing priorities, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring strong in-market performance.
The ideal candidate brings strong execution leadership, cross-functional coordination skills, and a proven ability to drive measurable adoption and business outcomes through influence rather than direct ownership of execution.
Your role:
  • Translate platform strategy into clear execution plans across regions, segments, and strategic vendors, including priorities, timelines, and success metrics
  • Drive cross-functional alignment across Enablement, Marketing, Success, and regional teams to ensure coordinated and scalable execution
  • Support subscription and vendor launches by partnering with Enablement and Marketing to align readiness, messaging, and campaign direction
  • Lead regional and vendor activation efforts to drive adoption, customer engagement, and growth across priority segments, including SMB
  • Own tracking and performance improvement across key KPIs, including platform adoption, customer engagement, renewals/expansion, and vendor performance
  • Identify execution gaps and adoption barriers, and drive cross-functional action to resolve issues and improve outcomes
  • Provide performance insights and act as the voice of the customer and regions, informing ongoing platform and GTM refinement

What you bring to the role:
  • Recognized as a subject matter expert with specialized knowledge in the function. Manages large projects or processes.
  • A four-year college degree (or additional experience in a related field)
  • 8 + years of functional experience including a minimum of 5 years position specific experience.
  • Preferred: Completed project or program management certification including Certified Project Manager (IAPM), Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), Project Management Professional (PMP), Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), or other equivalents.
  • Proficiency in computer applications: The role requires expertise in general computer applications, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint. Additionally, the ability to learn and adapt to additional applications as necessary is crucial: Jira, Confluence, Power Apps, etc.
  • Collaboration & Influence: Ability to consult, influence, and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams, vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders to drive program alignment and execution.
  • Communication skills: Communicate with executive-level associates internally and externally in an articulate and professional manner. Practice discretion and understand the appropriateness of communication and behavior.
  • Presentation skills: Proficient in delivering presentations that effectively convey information and contribute to the overall outcome strategy.
  • Project management: The role involves managing multiple projects simultaneously, requiring effective organizational and time management skills.
  • Problem-solving: Display the ability to identify and solve problems to ensure smooth execution.
  • Attention to detail: Possess a strong diligence in ensuring accuracy and precision of activities.
  • Independence and teamwork: The role requires the ability to work independently and as a team member, fostering a collaborative work environment.

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $116,000.00 - $197,200.00 per year.
The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate's primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.
