As a Business Systems Analyst, you will play a key role in helping colleagues across the Foundation work more efficiently by evaluating business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing practical technology solutions that drive results. This highly collaborative, stakeholder-facing role partners with departments throughout the organization to understand business needs, recommend solutions, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Success in this position requires a combination of technical aptitude, problem-solving ability, and a service-oriented mindset, along with the intrinsic curiosity to question existing processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and recognize when automation, AI, or technology solutions can create greater efficiency and impact.
What You'll Do:
  • Analyze business processes and recommend solutions that improve operational effectiveness and user experience.
  • Design, implement, and optimize workflows, automation, AI-enabled solutions, and business systems that reduce manual effort.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and identify practical opportunities to increase productivity and streamline operations.
  • Support and continuously improve enterprise applications, productivity tools, and business systems through projects, enhancements, and support requests.
  • Promote the responsible adoption of technology, automation, and AI while maintaining security, privacy, and governance standards.

Requirements
  • Associate's degree in information technology or related field, or relevant technical certifications
  • 3+ years of full-time experience in business process analysis, business systems support, application development, or related technology functions
  • Experience designing, configuring, scripting, or implementing technology solutions that automate processes and solve operational challenges
  • Experience gathering requirements and implementing solutions that improve efficiency and business outcomes
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder relationship-building skills

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in information systems, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Relevant certifications in Microsoft 365, Power Platform, business analysis, data analytics, or business process improvement
  • Experience designing, implementing, or supporting workflow automation, reporting, analytics, and enterprise productivity solutions using Microsoft Power Automate, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, or similar technologies
  • Experience evaluating, implementing, or supporting emerging technologies and data solutions, including AI-enabled tools, Microsoft Copilot, generative AI, custom GPTs, SQL, business intelligence platforms, data integration, governance practices, or data warehousing concepts
