Job description

AI Signal Research, Inc. (ASRI) is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to support and enhance enterprise business systems including ServiceNow, ADP Workforce Now, Deltek Costpoint, and other corporate applications. This role serves as the primary technical resource responsible for system administration, application development, workflow automation, integrations, reporting, and process improvement. The position will support ServiceNow modules including ITSM, HRSD, Employee Center, CSM, Field Service Management (FSM), and Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), while partnering with Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Finance, Payroll, and Corporate Operations.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field. Equivalent combinations of education, military training, professional certifications, and relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.


Months/Years of Experience: Three (3) or more years of experience administering and developing enterprise business applications.

Required Qualifications

U.S. Citizenship.

• Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.

• Experience configuring and supporting ServiceNow modules including ITSM, HRSD, Employee Center, CSM, FSM (Field Service Management), and EAM (Enterprise Asset Management).

• Experience supporting Human Capital Management (HCM), Payroll, ERP, or enterprise business systems.

• Experience with ADP Workforce Now, Deltek Costpoint, or comparable platforms.

• Strong knowledge of workflow automation, process improvement, business systems integration, and enterprise asset management.

• Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, ServiceNow scripting tools, REST APIs, and SOAP integrations.

• Experience creating reports, dashboards, metrics, and business intelligence solutions.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and customer service skills.

* Periodic travel may be required for company meetings, training events, customer engagements, and business needs

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting government contracting organizations.

• Familiarity with FAR, DFARS, DCAA, and government contractor business processes.

Experience implementing or administering ServiceNow FSM (Field Service Management).

• Experience implementing or administering ServiceNow EAM (Enterprise Asset Management).

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).

• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS).

• Active security clearance or previous experience working in a cleared environment.

Comments: Preferred Location: Northwest Florida. ASRI prefers candidates who can work on-site in Northwest Florida; however, highly qualified remote candidates located within the United States will be considered.
