  • Ensure all configuration and master data changes are documented, reviewed, approved, traceable, and auditable in accordance with governance and regulatory requirements
  • Develop and maintain data templates, configuration templates, and data load files, ensuring proper formatting and data quality
  • Support data quality and readiness activities, including profiling, cleansing, transformation, and exception analysis, enabling business data owners to review and approve data changes
  • Execute and support data migration and ETL processes, including extraction from legacy systems, transformation, reconciliation, quality checks, and loading into target platforms
  • Query and validate data using SQL, ensuring alignment between database structures and application requirements
  • Partner with DevOps and technical teams to support environment promotion, deployment readiness, and configuration alignment through automated and standardized deployment processes
  • Maintain documentation for configuration structures, data models, and governance processes
  • Support system testing efforts (SIT, UAT) by preparing and maintaining consistent, reliable datasets for business testing and verification
  • Monitor and resolve data and configuration issues, performing root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions
  • Provide guidance, training, and support to teams on configuration standards, data management practices, and template usage

Travel:
  • Occasional travel (approximately 5-10%) to support system implementations and go-live activities at manufacturing sites

Qualifications
Experience:
  • 3-5 years of experience in configuration management, master data management, data analysis, business systems analysis or similar roles
  • Experience managing data and configuration across multiple system environments
  • Experience implementing version-controlled configuration management practices within MES, ERP, PLM, or other enterprise platforms

  • Hands-on experience with data migration and ETL processes, working with SQL databases and validating data structures
  • Experience supporting system implementations, testing (SIT/UAT), or enterprise application deployments
  • Experience working in regulated environments with structured change control processes

Preferred:

  • Experience collaborating with DevOps or deployment teams
  • Experience establishing data governance frameworks or standards, version-controlled deployments, Infrastructure as Code, or similar governance frameworks
  • Experience using Azure DevOps, Git, or similar platforms to manage configuration changes.

Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent experience preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Strong knowledge of data governance principles, including data quality, consistency, and lifecycle management
  • Ability to design governance processes for configuration lifecycle management within regulated environments
  • Understanding of how configuration, master data, and application deployments interact across multiple environments
  • Strong understanding of configuration management concepts within enterprise applications, including version control, branching, change tracking, environment promotion, and configuration lifecycle governance
