JOB SUMMARY
The Business Analytics & Reporting Intern will support the organization's data-driven decision-making by analyzing business data, generating reports, and identifying trends. This role is ideal for a student who enjoys working with data, solving problems, and communicating insights clearly to stakeholders.
WORK RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
  • Collect, clean, and analyze operational, financial, and customer data
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports that track key performance indicators (KPIs) and other business metrics
  • Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support ongoing analytics projects
  • Present findings and recommendations to business leaders
  • Assist in automating recurring reports and improving data workflows
  • Perform other related duties as necessary or assigned by direct supervisor

Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
  • Must be a sophomore or higher pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Management Technology, Management Information Systems, Statistics, Business/Management Quantitative Methods, Accounting, or Finance

PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPECTATIONS
  • Must have exceptional analytical skills and be able to work with complex sets of data
  • Detail oriented with ability work with speed and accuracy
  • Results focused, acts decisively, displays initiative
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to interact with various levels and departments within the organization

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
