We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Systems Analyst - Workflow & Contract System to join our growing Technology and Enterprise Systems team supporting ongoing investments in solutions that help our teams work effectively across sports, entertainment, and culture.

In this role, you'll help configure, optimize, and scale a contract/workflow platform that supports global business operations. This role focuses on system configuration, workflow design, and data integrity, with secondary support for contract templates and clause structures. You'll ensure the platform performs reliably across regions and partner with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable system solutions and drive continuous improvements.

Please note that this position is a 12 month temporary position to start with the opportunity to convert after that.

What You'll Do:

  • Administer and enhance the contract/workflow (CLM) platform, including configuration, maintenance, and ongoing improvements
  • Design and optimize workflows, approvals, forms/UI, fields, and business rules to support scalable business processes
  • Manage and improve data structures (tables, fields, relationships) to ensure data integrity and usability
  • Support and optimize the end-to-end contract lifecycle, including governance of templates and clause libraries
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports to support business insights and decision-making
  • Manage user access, roles, and permissions, ensuring appropriate security and data governance
  • Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective system solutions
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues across workflows, data, integrations, and system performance
  • Support and enhance integrations and data flows between systems
  • Identify and implement opportunities for automation, standardization, and system improvements, including AI-enabled capabilities, to improve contract operations and efficiency
  • Provide global user support during EST business hours, including intake, training, and driving adoption while identifying UX improvements
What We're Looking For:
  • 4-7+ years of experience in business systems, platform administration, or workflow-based systems
  • Experience working with configurable platforms (e.g., CLM tools, Salesforce, ServiceNow, or similar)
  • Strong technical capabilities in:
    • Workflow configuration and logic
    • Data modeling (fields, tables, relationships)
    • System configuration and troubleshooting
  • Experience supporting integrations, automation, or system-to-system workflows
  • Ability to think in terms of scalability, system design, and maintainability
  • Comfortable working across time zones and supporting global users
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in media, sports, entertainment, or other fast-paced industries
  • Experience with contract lifecycle management (CLM) platforms (e.g., Agiloft, Ironclad, Icertis, or similar)
  • Exposure to Legal Operations or contract workflows
  • Exposure to data modeling, integrations, automation concepts, or AI-enabled features
  • Interest in learning and supporting adjacent workflow or project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com)
Why This Role
  • Opportunity to work on a high-impact, globally used system
  • Focus on building and improving workflows, not just maintaining them
  • High visibility across business, operations, and technology teams
  • Environment that values scalable systems and continuous improvement
