Responsibilities
  1. Analyze existing systems and document feature and data gaps.
  2. Elicit requirements from stakeholders and translate them into user stories for Development team.
  3. Assist the PO/Scrum Master in detailing the requirements, refining user stories, documenting acceptance criteria, and getting sign-off, breaking use cases to user stories and defining business rules and scenarios.
  4. Creating Conceptual UI screens/wireframes to meet the business requirements effectively.
  5. Maintaining Traceability of Requirements to business requests.
  6. Documenting all meetings conducted.
  7. Serving as a liaison between stakeholders, development team, testing team, and users.

Must Have Requirements
  1. A minimum of 5 years' experience conducting business analysis for IT Development.
  2. A minimum of 2 years' experience in writing user stories and testable acceptance criteria for Agile Software Solutions.
  3. A minimum of 2 years' experience with Jira and Confluence or a comparable task tracking solution.
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  5. Excellent documentation and record keeping practices.
  6. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  7. Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
  8. Experience acting as the bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  9. Competency in Microsoft applications including Outlook, Teams, Whiteboard, Excel, and Word.

Nice to Have Requirements
  1. Experience with Data Design or Modeling.
  2. Experience with SQL Server and Software Development.
