Job Description POSITION OVERVIEW: The Senior Business Analyst will play a pivotal role in evaluating our current business processes, identifying system gaps, and collaborating with business process owners, consultants and internal ERP team to develop and implement solutions that align with our organizational goals. KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: System Analysis & Assessment: Work with various stakeholders across the business to understand existing system and/or process gaps. Conduct in-depth analysis of current ERP systems, pinpointing areas for improvement and potential enhancements.

Solution Development: Collaborate with internal ERP teams and external consultants to design and implement solutions within the ERP or related systems to address identified gaps. Ensure that proposed solutions are aligned with the overall business strategy and operational requirements. Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a liaison between business units, technical teams, and external consultants to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure successful implementation and integration of Business Applications.

Facilitate communication and collaboration across departments to ensure alignment on ERP projects and initiatives. Provide regular updates on projects to executive leadership team. Project Management: Lead and manage ERP-related projects from inception through to delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met.

Monitor project progress, manage risks, and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Documentation & Training: Develop comprehensive documentation of business processes, system configurations, and changes. Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective use of the ERP system and newly implemented solutions.

Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest ERP trends, technologies, and best practices. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements. JOB SKILLS: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels. Strong time management skills and ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Proficiency in business process modeling and analysis tools. Familiarity with SQL, data analysis, and reporting tools is preferred. EDUCATION & TRAINING: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 3 years focused on ERP systems.

Proven track record of leading ERP implementation or upgrade projects. Strong understanding of ERP systems, such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar. PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS: MBA or equivalent preferred Knowledge of Infor LN.
