The Business Analyst collaborates closely with stakeholders across departments to gather, validate, and prioritize requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Additionally, the role involves conducting gap analyses to identify discrepancies between current capabilities and desired outcomes, facilitating effective decision-making. Ultimately, the Business Analyst ensures that solutions delivered meet user expectations through rigorous testing and validation, contributing to the overall success of business initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in gathering and documenting business requirements in a professional setting.
