Job Description:

Sr. Professional, Business Systems Analyst - Client Integration & Support
Are you a client-facing Business Systems Analyst who thrives on technical problem-solving, debugging, and collaboration? Do you have a project management mindset and a passion for supporting developers through complex integrations?

Join our team as a Sr. Professional, Business Systems Analyst, reporting to the Manager of Client Delivery for Cotality. In this role, you will be the primary technical bridge between our clients, their developer teams, and our core platform. You will work closely with new and existing clients expanding their Cotality product offerings, assisting their developers with data mapping, debugging integration queries, and troubleshooting technical roadblocks. Your strong project management skills will ensure timelines are met, deliverables are tracked, and support tickets are resolved efficiently.
Key Responsibilities

  • Developer Assistance & Support: Act as the primary technical point of contact for client developer teams. Assist them in understanding our data structures, mapping payloads, and successfully integrating with Cotality APIs.

  • Query Debugging & Troubleshooting: Analyze, triage, and debug client API requests, JSON/XML payloads, and data mapping queries to quickly resolve integration errors and data mismatches.

  • Issue & Bug Management: Meticulously track, document, and reproduce technical issues reported by clients. Collaborate with internal engineering teams to expedite bug fixes and system resolutions.

  • Onboarding & Project Management: Utilize strong project management skills to guide clients through the onboarding lifecycle, ensuring integration milestones are hit and timelines are respected.

  • Technical Documentation: Author and maintain clear integration guides, FAQs, data mapping schemas, and troubleshooting documentation to streamline the client onboarding experience.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Operations Management, or related field or equivalent experience.

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience required.

  • Strong expertise in business analysis, process re-engineering (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma), and complex data evaluation required.

  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional process improvement initiatives required.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills required.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities required.

  • Demonstrated ability to drive operational change and manage projects independently required.

77,700 - 108,000 USD
