Job description


We are seeking a Business Analyst to support a high-visibility application development initiative focused on enhancing and expanding an existing platform. This individual will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to document current and future-state processes, gather and define business requirements, create workflow diagrams in Visio, and help ensure solutions meet business needs. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be highly proactive and detail-oriented, and have experience supporting software development projects from requirements gathering through testing and implementation. QA/testing experience is a plus.


Required Skills:



  • 5+ years of Business Analysis experience supporting application development projects

  • Requirements gathering and documentation

  • Current-state and future-state process mapping

  • Workflow and process documentation using Visio

  • Experience working with both business and IT stakeholders

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to facilitate discussions and drive requirements sessions

  • Experience creating detailed business requirements and user stories

  • Proactive, self-starter mentality

  • Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills



Desired Skills:



  • Experience supporting custom application development initiatives

  • Experience participating in UAT and test planning activities

  • Familiarity with vendor-led software development projects

  • Interest in or familiarity with sports-related organizations or events
