Description: The Business Analyst is responsible for the development, implementation, and support of
technological solutions to support organizational objectives/strategies. The analyst will work
collaboratively across multiple functions to scope out business requirements and provide solutions that
meet those requirements, including development of custom/internal solutions.


Responsibilities:
• Assist the organization in developing detailed business requirements and/or technical
specifications which will be used as the basis upon which we procure or develop solutions
• Assist in defining, designing, and developing or procuring solutions to assist the organization in
meeting business objectives/strategy
• Develop, oversee, and provide support/maintenance mechanisms to ensure the sustainability of
developed/procured solutions
• Assist/manage roll-out and training for new solutions. Training will encompass both train-thetrainer and end-user training scenarios
• Plan, evaluate, oversee and configure the integration of new and existing systems as business
requirements dictate
• Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned


Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in related, technical field. In the absence of a Bachelor's degree, an Associate's
degree in related field and 3 years in a similar role may be considered.
• Demonstrated ability to work with the Microsoft Power Platform product family.
• Must possess a level of business acumen that considers wider business context when considering
options to resolve issues/deploy solutions across the organization
• Must have strong communication skills to communicate with other team members
• Highly organized with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must have a positive attitude with a customer appreciation mentality
• Ability to lift 50lbs as needed
• Ability to stand, sit, and perform repetitive work for long periods of time
• Attention to detail with the ability to problem solve
• Operate with a sense of teamwork
