Position Summary Join our team. We are hiring for the role of Operator in the Street Department. Essential Job Functions Operate various models of trucks, commercial motor vehicles, and equipment.
Clear and maintain city streets and rights-of-way, including repairing as needed. Operate chain/power/hydraulic saws, riding/push mowers, bush hog, trimmers, and stump grinder. Use front-end loader during snow operations.
Assist in cleaning and maintaining vehicles and equipment. Periodically assist with flagging/traffic control at work sites. Possession of at least a valid Class B commercial driver's license with air brake and tanker endorsements within six months of full-time employment.
