Job Description

Summary

The Supervisor of Business Operations is responsible for aspects of coordinating the Sales & Marketing operational office and staff, to include tour reception, contracts, gifting, marketing admin, facilities, payroll and/or accounting. They are responsible for sales reporting, accurate contract processing, commission payments and time reporting. Supervisor of Business operations to engage in the highest level of support for Sales & Marketing, leading their team while partnering with and supporting site leadership.

Responsibility

1.

Direct site operational personnel. Proactively partner with all levels to ensure adherence to all corporate, BU, and Site SOP's and compliance with PII (Personally Identifiable Information) and PCI (Payment Card Industry) requirements.

Assist Manager, Business Operations with ensuring all new programs and processes are effectively communicated and implemented seamlessly in an effort to consistently prevent manipulation of company systems and records.

3.

Identify training opportunities on system applications and processes (i.e. Salepoint, Worksheet, CRS, Epny, Focus, CPP,PRIME, etc.) and modules (i.e. accounting, commissions, contracts, tour reception, gifting, marketing administration, etc.) and provide support with process improvement.

Foster collaboration amongst key roles at the site and in the spirit of One Wyndham establishing a working relationship with Resort Operations.

Minimum Qualifications Required

  • Bachelor's degree preferred and minimum of 1 year management experience (company experience can be considered in lieu of management experience)
  • Must be computer proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Powerpoint, and Excel)
  • Strong organizational and presentation skills required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
  • 40+ hours per week - varies based on seasonality and site need. May require weekends, holidays and on-call.
  • Experience preferred in Vacation Ownership or Hospitality Management
